God of all goodness,
you offer us the cup of salvation,
that we might share in your divine Life forever.

Give us the courage
to take up the cup of salvation
and call upon your name each and every day.

Help us to realize that your Precious Blood
flows through our veins and arteries
because you have shared the cup with us.

We ask this in the name of Jesus the Lord.
